The room in the house, built in 1907 in the Ostozhenka district, required significant restoration, redevelopment and integration of modern interior and technological solutions. On an area of ​​200 m 2, at the request of customers, the designer designed two apartments: a large (approximately 150 m 2 ) for older family members and younger children and a studio apartment (50 m 2) for the eldest daughter, a student who is fond of creativity. Palace Court is a luxurious lateral penthouse in Bayswater that comprises three apartments joined into one, all with stunning views towards Hyde Park. The brief specified a central entertainment area, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and guest bathroom, bedrooms and en-suite family bathrooms, as well as a room specifically designed as a sleeping and family room for the family dog.
