Strong in design and large-scale in terms of degree of development project of the Aiya Design Studio. The room in the house, built in 1907 in the Ostozhenka district, required significant restoration, redevelopment and integration of modern interior and technological solutions.
On an area of 200 m 2, at the request of customers, the designer designed two apartments: a large (approximately 150 m 2 ) for older family members and younger children and a studio apartment (50 m 2) for the eldest daughter, a student who is fond of creativity. Since over time the possibility of using the entire space as a whole cannot be ruled out, both apartments are made in the same style, decoration and materials overlap. The interior is built on a combination of classic decoration (with elements of the old Moscow and French style) and modern furniture, lighting and equipment. Enjoy a tour!!!!
