In beautiful Northern Djurgårdsstaden, the unique Zen houses have grown to become a sanctuary for the big city man and his demands for quality of life and high quality living. Zenhus nr 14, available by Wrede, is on three floors of 171 square meters. Views of Stockholm from the two large terraces and the three floors give the floor a feeling of townhouse on the top floor.. Overall a unique combination with proximity to unspoilt nature in an interesting architectural environment.

Zen houses have been developed by C F Moller Architects. The Corten steel on the facades relates to the gasworks area’s red brick façades and the natural ochre colours of the Royal National City Park. The façades’ vertical lines are reinforced in the encounter between the Corten steel and the lighter wooden façades. The buildings’ folded façades and large continuous glass sections frame the private outdoor areas and terraces. Sight lines and double-high storey heights contribute to transparency and space, with daylight reaching deep into the homes. The materials selected for the interior are an extension of the residential complex’s natural materials of slate and wood. Enjoy the tour!!!
