This studio apartment, just 31 sq M, came on the market in Gothenburg through Stadshem. The small home is painted in a lovely sand tone and combined with white and black tones plus some lovely artwork hanging on the walls. To create a separate sleeping area they used the loft space under which is a large closet to keep the small space nice and tidy. This is such a tiny studio space, but still it looks relatively spacious and I think one person could live comfortably here because of the smart layout.  The thing that the bed is placed on top of the bathroom already saves a lot of space and there is a decent amount of empty space around the furniture as well, which doesn’t make this studio look cramped.
