The owners of this apartment in New York’s East Village asked the designer Ashlie Broderic to combine minimalism and industrial touches in the interiors of their home. The space turned out to be very geometric: starting from square windows and a fireplace zone and ending with cushion prints and slender rows of logs. Ashlie tried to soften such severity with the help of a very pleasant color scheme: milky, beige and light gray in combination with black and peach-red accents. One of these accents were brick walls that refer us to the loft style. The bedroom also turned out to be beautiful and delicate – a real corner of harmony and coziness.
