In this former school building (from 1928 to 1943 an industrial school for boys was located here) now houses and studios are located. The rich history of this building is not lost; many works by teachers and students from that time can now be admired in the Jewish Historical Museum. Due to the current purpose of this building (houses with studios), the past and present go hand in hand.

The modern loft presented here is a mix of modern and original style elements, giving it a unique atmosphere.A large open plan living space houses a sitting area, kitchen, dining and small office and upstairs there are cozy attic bedrooms, the master bedroom has an open en-suite bathroom at a lower level which makes the bedroom look larger than it is. Old school charm, modern living and a rich history come together in this stunning home. Every detail has been thought out to perfection, from the Portuguese tiles to the exposed beams on the upper floors.
