In a funky house in the middle of Linnaeus, we find this well-planned apartment, only 59 sqm, with airy ceiling height and wonderful light from large windows. The floor plan invites to socializing and the apartment’s large living room has plenty of space for both a sofa group and a dining table. The room boasts a beautiful fireplace that is not in use but which with a few candles in the fireplace still becomes a cozy factor when the autumn and winter darkness falls outside the windows.
