An existing double-storey terrace house in Carlton was completely refurbished by SG2 design Studio, to give new life to ageing interiors. A restricted materials palette of black & white porcelain tiles, light timber veneer cabinetry, black fixtures and fittings and green highlights were introduced throughout the house.The predominantly white backdrop draws natural light into previously darkened spaces and provides a clean canvas for the collector’s bespoke furniture pieces and artwork.
