At the top of the house on Dalagatan 12, in a beautiful brick expressionist building designed by architect Edward Bernhard, we find this lovely floor. Airy and generously sized rooms with about 3 meters in ceiling height and a light that is allowed to flow – and meet – from two directions. Many preserved original details give the apartment a clear turn-of-the-century charm. Here, small-paneled windows and period carpentry come together with creative and luxurious material and color choices. Carefully chosen colors work here as unique elements while a preserved herringbone parquet is consistent and connects the rooms. The working tiled stove in the bedroom is an appreciated, cozy detail.Enjoy it!!!
