In a charming wooden house from the early 1930s, built in the 1920s classicist style according to drawings by architect Oscar Gerle, we find this nice second with a round, light and airy floor plan. Thanks to windows in opposite directions, the sun shines in from morning to evening. The floor plan creates a pleasant sense of community while you can close yourself with the nice mirrored doors. The two rooms are lined with a quiet street, and from the kitchen you look out towards the association’s lush garden. The apartment has consistently developed wooden floors and the preserved original carpentry – mirrored doors, wall board, ceiling rosettes, ceiling moldings and high baseboards – provide a beautiful setting. Enjoy it!!!!
