Reitarska is an apartment located in the center of Kiev designed by Emil Dervish. In its original state, the interior consisted of three separate rooms connected by a long and dark hallway, and after Emil’s intervention, it became a studio full of light and very cleverly designed and conceived floor plan.
When furnishing the interior, antique Soviet furniture was used, which goes well with the neutral color palette and natural materials such as brass and wood that were used in the space itself. Of the cult designer pieces, we can notice the beautiful Standard dining chairs by designer Jean Prouvé or the Bellevue wall lamp in the bedroom, designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1929.
