At the center of their new office is a House archetype, which serves as both an everyday meeting space and a separate office booth. This oversized architectural model is waiting to be transformed into a real-life house, and it embodies their commitment to creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

Surrounding the house is a carefully curated mix of different areas that support their work and inspire their creativity. The material area showcases a range of textures, finishes, and colors that they incorporate into their designs. The office desk area provides a dedicated workspace for their team members, while the front lobby is a welcoming space for clients and visitors as it features a heart-shaped light that serves as a symbol of their commitment to creating houses with heart.

Moving towards the back of their office, you will find Circe’s office, which is designed as a black thinking box. This space is where the core of their business takes place, as they collaborate with clients to create bespoke house designs that meet their unique needs and desires. The floating picture frames, the coloured light, the blue skies with crafted clouds and the millimetric mirror are meant to inspire creativity and imagination, reminding them that the possibilities for designing truly exceptional spaces are endless.

Overall, their new office space is designed to embody their passion for architecture while also providing their team with the tools and environment needed to excel in our work. They believe that by creating houses with heart and using a variety of different materials, they can help their clients find happiness and joy in the spaces they call home.

There are lots of clean lines, warm hues, natural elements blended together with the timeless elegance of classic Holiday styles. The color palette consists of traditional colors green, red and gold. The classic, timeless simplicity of the ZARA Home Christmas 2022 collection is breath of fresh air.

Since the architecture had an interest of its own, Emily Lauren Interiors decided to pare back to the essentials — raw materials, a simple color palette, a cozy bed, an office area, and a small lounge next to the kitchenette.

To keep the space calm and relaxing, they created a warm, monotone color palette and infused texture to create contrast and depth. The casita materials palette includes limewash on the walls and ceilings, white oak floors and floating desk, linen bedding and drapery, and pops of boucle, shearling, walnut, terracotta, and iron throughout the furnishings. Dressing the windows with ceiling-mounted linen drapery allowed the natural light in but still provides guests with privacy when needed.

Studio Sisu is designed to address the physical limitations and isolation of an industry fractured by small studio business models. It brings together complimentary businesses to create opportunities for discussion and interaction amongst peers. Encouraging creative collaboration of ideas and skills creates an environment otherwise inaccessible to small businesses or individual practitioners.

Using a mixture of high and low cost materials, furniture and fittings has allowed the design to create a highly crafted and unique environment within the specified budget. The inclusion of refurbished antique furniture and fittings allows the new building work to sit comfortably alongside the existing factory structure.
