Originally there was nothing more than a building, with the elegance and nobility that its century of existence has given it. And then Carlos began to imagine a cap, or rather a top hat on this construction … namely a wooden frame of 4 floors in place of the slate roof, 10 meters difference! The densification of cities will necessarily be in height, and the designer knows this, since he is not at his first try.

A year almost to the day has passed between the first sketches and the images that follow; and the 300 m2 created delight to their owners who enjoy an incomparable home! The technical prowess remains, but Carlos remains above all an interior designer, and he had to honor at least this breathtaking view of the jewel of the city, its cathedral!
